Remote Fitness Training and Performance Coaching

The Remote Coaching  is a safe, cost-efficient, and hassle-free way to experience high quality personal service from anywhere in the world. 
How does it work?
At our first (free) video session we will go over your goals, schedule, equipment, and prepare the place at your home or office where you will be working out or receiving other type of the coaching .

Based on your goals and schedule we will decide on a strategy to follow.

We use video conference for our one on one sessions.
All remote sessions are 30 minutes long.
Here are examples of what we do during the sessions: 
  • Full body exercises for strength, stamina, flexibility and balance.
  • Interval Training, Smart Zone Cardio and calisthenics for weight control and toning 
  • Resistance Training for strength and longevity
  • Yoga for stretching, balance and stillness 
  • Customizing diet protocols to reset your gut health and improve metabolism
  • Practicing breathing exercises to improve your sleep, concentration and performance
  • Learning how to use HRV (heart rate variability) for tracking readiness and performance
  • Learning and adopting  protocols for better sleep quality and  immune system and health

School of Human Optimal Performance

The goal of School Of Human Optimal Performance  (SHOP) is to teach simple techniques for optimizing performance in everyday life.

How does it work?
Every week I'll introduce a skill, explain the benefits, the applications and give you tips on how to use it in your daily life.
In the following couple of days, you will have the opportunity to practice, apply and interact with the other students in a closed group.
A follow-up will take place to go over your feedback before the next new skill is introduced.


The goal of this training is for you to learn over time multiple skills that you can effectively use in real situations and enhance your health, performance, and wellbeing.

Yes mindfulness is an important element in this course!
If you are new to meditation I'll help you to choose the right exercises and establish a practice that works for you.

SHOP is an entirely remote learning experience!
