12 Weeks To Wellness With Fitness And Yoga
Your Total Wellness Package Consists of:
2 Fitness Assessments (one at the beginning and one at the end of the plan)
12 weeks of unlimited classes at Elemental Om – We will suggest schedule that compliments the training plan
2 Analyses of your progress (after the first training program is completed our team will take the time to analyse your success and use the results to design the next training program)
3 Training Programs – 4 weeks long (each program will be custom designed based on the client’s fitness level, goals, preferences, schedule and access to equipment)
3 Nutritional Plans 4 weeks long – optional (designed to contribute to the Training Programs in place)
3 Training Sessions – one on one Personal Session to introduce the 3 Training Programs
12 months unlimited access to our Online Training Center – a place where you can see online or print your workouts and meal plans, track your progress and more. It is yours for a year even if you sign for just 12 weeks.
1 Consultation how to organize and equip your own home gym with a low budget – optional
How it works: We will meet you for a fitness assessment and determine how and when the training will happen based on your schedule and preferences. A customised training plan will be designed for you to follow for 4 weeks. The plan will include the listed above personal training sessions and yoga classes at Elemental OM. An optional nutrition plan can be added to the training with no extra cost. At our second meeting with you we will go over the exercises in the training program that we custom designed for you. We will make sure you can perform with a good form all the exercises and understand the sets and the intensity in the program. After that you follow the program for 4 weeks with our 24/7 on-line support. On going modifications can be made as necessary. We meet with you again after 4 weeks to do fitness assessment and introduce a new fitness program for the following 4 weeks and so on until week 12. Detailed times and events listed below. For example a medium intensity training plan would look like: 2 fitness sessions, 2 yoga sessions and 2 cardio activities for one week.
Timing of events in the plan:
Day one. Initial meeting and Fitness Assessment 1 of 2 (one at the beginning and one at the end of the plan). Introduction and setting up an online access to the 24/7 online training center.
Day 2. Training Program 1 of 3 is prepared and introduced at Personal Training Session 1 of 3. Optional Nutritional plan is introduced. At this time if needed a consultation how to organize and equip home gym is provided.
Week 1 to 4 – client attends Elemental OM classes, according to the training plan
Cooking event with a private Chef
End of Week 4. Analysis of client’s progress 1 of 2 based on clients respond to the training.
Beginning of week 5. Training program 2 of 3 is designed and introduced with Personal Training Session 2 of 3
Week 5 to 8 – client attends Elemental OM classes, according to the training plan.
Beginning of week 8. Training program 3 of 3 is designed and introduced with PT session 3 of 3
Week 8 to 12 – client attends Elemental OM classes, according to the training plan
