Fit 3D By The Pool
The Ultimate Summer Fitness
This summer we are back at The Indian Hill Swim and Tennis Club with our “Fit3D by The Pool". Fit3D is a bootcamp style workout that incorporates HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training) circuits and swimming. The classes will take no more than 45 minutes and will be a custom designed to challenge all participants.
Dry workouts will consist of a set of HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training) cycles. Each cycle will be comprised of a number of stations at which you will perform a particular exercise - individually or with a partner, depending on the requirements of the station. After the completion of each cycle you will get a break after which the exercises at each station will have changed. This workout is high paced and lasts around 45 minutes.
Wet workouts will feature land (dry) exercises along with sets of swimming. Land exercises will be based in HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training) and will be similar to the ones in our Dry Cycles. Be prepared to enter and exit water repeatedly. This workout is high paced and lasts around 45 minutes.

5 class pass - $110
One Month Single Pass - $300
One Month Family Pass - $350 (up to 5 family members attending classes together)
All Season Family Plan - $450 (up to 5 family members attending classes together)
