Yes, we are all busy this time of year and perhaps even stressed.  Grab a friend or personal trainer and start exercising daily and your stress will melt away.  When the body is under stress it produces a hormone called cortisol.  When you work out the body not only burns that cortisol but it also releases endorphins, which naturally make us happy.
