A couple of years ago I was reading an article about training based on genetics results. I was like Wow - I couldn't help but imagine futuristic ATM-like machines that can give you in seconds the most specific and personal workout that is designed only for you with all the bells and whistles of the best training plans. Yes I know, I know it is not as simple as that, there are still so many environmental factors that affect our abilities to respond and develop positive changes in our bodies (thanks God for that)!
